Floor and wall tiling is an excellent option for a wide range of spaces, offering a clean, elegant appearance along with durability and easy maintenance. Ceramic, porcelain, and mosaic tiles are particularly hard-wearing, as they are moisture-resistant and capable of withstanding heavy foot traffic. This helps prevent wear and reduces the need for frequent maintenance.

Many tiled floors are glazed or coated with a protective layer, making them resistant to stains and easier to clean. Tiles are also non-reactive, which helps inhibit the growth of mould, fungi, bacteria, and viruses.

Similar to vinyl flooring, porcelain and ceramic tiles do not offer acoustic benefits, making them less suitable for main office work areas. However, they are ideal for breakout spaces, washrooms, corridors, reception areas, and other locations where sound absorption is not a priority.
